Posts: 1,078 Group: Member Member #8,530 Joined: November 6, 2012	Vegeta, although Piccolo comes close. Vegeta against Goku on earth is my favorite fight ever, and then all his fights on Namek were sick, his ownage of the androids and semi cell and then ssj2 vs Goku was God-tier too.

Without a question Goku has always been in most of the best fights. Budokai, King Piccolo, Saiyans, Freeza, Cell, Majin Vegeta - best fights ever and he was in em. But it's all according to opinion.

I basically like all his fights in the "Dragon Ball" portion of the series, in special his fights against Jackie Chun (were Goku learns there's always someone better), Tao Pai Pai (first menacing villain in the series), Tenshinhan (some really creative moves by Tenshinhan in this one, and Goku has to use his techniques in different ways to try to win), King Piccolo (Goku really struggles in this one, also, it has the classic punch to the chest) and Piccolo (the fight at the 23rd Budokai, my favorite in all of Dragon Ball). His fights at the "Z" portion of the series are also good, if not as creative as the ones in Dragon Ball. My favorites would be his fight against Vegeta in the Saiyan arc, his fight against Freeza and his fight against Cell. And i know this has been said a lot of times, but the great thing in Goku's character is that he never gives up, and has an amazing lot of determination. The fights were he struggles to win are the best, because they show how determined he is. About the other characters, i wouldn't vote Piccolo or Vegeta because their best fights were with Goku, that had much more great fights. Gohan's fights were concistently good, but almost all of them were one-sided. The humans had memorable fights, but also not great enough to earn a vote. And i don't think Pan and Oob have any good fights at all, even in GT. Edited by Topographic Oceans, Jan 15 2014, 02:30 PM.

Goku's memorial fights: DB: Against Jackie Chun 21nd Budokai , Tien 22nd Budokai , Tien 23nd Budokai , Piccolo 23nd Budokai DBZ: Against Vegeta Saiyan Arc , Frieza , Cell , Majin Vegeta , Kid Boo Vegeta's fights were only awesome when fighting Goku , the other fights its only him owning a villain thats it. Gohan got only 1 and thats Cell , which its one-sided as hell. Piccolo got only 17 , and maybe Frieza. Trunks only owns his enemies in 5 seconds , other than that its not impressive. Goku's skills , H2H combat , creative techniques , and his flexibel moves is stupendous compared to all other fighters.
